Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

  • Orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday - Friday ship the same day
  • Orders placed Saturday - Sunday ship the following business day.
  • When closed for a holiday your order ships the next business day.
  • Most orders ship from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA and arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped with a tracking # so you may track your order.


*Sales tax is calculated for orders shipped within the State of Georgia.

Shipping Methods

Ground Delivery-We only ship to the 48 contiguous states by UPS ground. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Receipt time is usually 3 to 5 business days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and require additional delivery time. You will be notified if it is a direct shipped item

Returns

If for any reason you find our products are unsatisfactory, you may return your purchase within 30 days, provided the item is in good condition and receive an exchange, replacement or refund for the merchandise amount less any appropriate shipping charges. When we receive your returned item we will notify you by e-mail of your refund in the manner your paid.

If there is no authorization # it will delay your replacement or refund.

Damaged/Defective Items

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 10 days of the original ship date.

DO NOT ship the item back to us. CONTACT US for instructions.
